Ladies Night Out 2010 is on
March 4 |

|
Covenant Care Services, a nondenominational Christian
Adoption Agency, will be hosting its fifth annual “Ladies
Night Out” for women of all ages in Middle Georgia on
Thursday, March 4, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Harvest Church in
Warner Robins.
This annual special event is a fundraiser for Covenant Care.
Tickets are $20 each and include a great show by Rhonda
Rich, one of America’s most talented Christian entertainers,
followed by rich, unbelievable desserts! Rhonda is a
storyteller of bodacious Southern proportions, weaving
stories that range from the hilarious to the heart-warming
of Southern life.
Ms. Rich was born and raised in Gainesville, Georgia, and is
proud to say she is an eleventh-generation Southerner. Her
performances capitalize on her “Southern” experiences. Her
bestseller, What Southern Women Know, reflects her expertise
in the secrets of a Southern woman’s unique charm. As a
young journalist, her sports writing career eventually took
her down into the pits—of NASCAR. Her book, My Life in the
Pits, shares her experiences as a Southern belle in the
ultra-masculine world of NASCAR
Her father was a Baptist minister, her mother was a
homemaker, and she was the youngest of four children. “From
Daddy, I learned to tell great stories, and from Mama, I
learned to sew a designer pattern,” Rich says. “From both, I
learned the power of God, honesty, and good credit.”
Tickets must be purchased in advance by February 25. Tickets
are available at the following locations: The Lamb’s Well in
Centerville, My Father’s Place in Warner Robins, Perry
Presbyterian Church in Perry, and Covenant Care Offices in
Macon.
Covenant Care Services, a nonprofit agency, has been based
in Macon since 1989 and now has statewide caseworker
coverage in Valdosta, Savannah, Athens, Atlanta, and
Northeast Georgia. Call 478-475-4990 for more information.
