Dwell In God! An “End-Time” Revelation
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only
begotten son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not
perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16, KJV
A
native of Miami, Florida, Evangelist Elveria Lloyd-Webb
wrote Dwell In God while residing in Warner Robins to be
close to her son Joseph’s family. Elveria, a retired
instructor of English, Speech/Debate and Drama, worked in
the field of education as an instructor and administrator
for over 25 years. She also worked in non-profits, as an
advocate for abused and homeless children and adults with
mental health concerns. The mother of three children,
Elveria’s greatest desire is to assist the indigent and
downtrodden of our society.
“God has had his hand on me from childhood. I was baptized
at age 8 years old, during Bible School. I am dedicated to
seeking out the poor, and have offered assistance to
hundreds of children and families, through coordinating
events such as Christmas and Easter Extravaganzas for the
indigent of our communities in both Warner Robins and Miami,
Florida.”
Elveria wrote Dwell In God to help readers answer the
question, “When the waters part the land, and the skies open
up, and the trumpet blows, and when judgment comes upon the
earth, will you be ready?”
“God wants people to know that He will return soon, and that
now is the time to get ready. He wants us to be saved, and
to be taken up with Him when He returns. I wrote the book
Dwell In God as an ‘end time’ revelation, to heal and to
save lost souls for God, before the 7-year tribulation.”
“We must be ready. Dwell In God offers spiritual and
practical ways in which to exist in God daily, while waiting
for His return. The book displays how one should stand
waiting. Those who have not chosen Him, and given their
lives to Him – must repent now – say the sinner’s prayer,
and get baptized – develop an on-going relationship with the
Lord, fellowship in the church of their choice, and stand
ready for His return.”
“Dwell In God is a love story. It is the love of a Living
God for a living people, who dwell upon the earth – while
sharing in relationship and in love – the truth of living a
righteous life in God. It teaches that He is the only Way –
Truth and Life, and how to receive Him as one’s Savior and
Redeemer.”
“I share how to find Christ, and have an on-going
relationship with Him in order to see eternity one day, when
the Savior returns. I discuss how one should praise God,
live and talk to God, while listening to The Holy Spirit,
hearing The Holy Spirit, and trusting in God. I relate ways
to rid oneself of the carnal nature, which is sinful and
detrimental to our soul’s salvation. I discuss fighting the
enemy – Satan, as he comes to steal, kill and to destroy us.
We must stand ‘Rapture Ready.’”
My desire for Dwell In God is that it will reach the hands
and the hearts of the poor, the poor in Spirit, the unsaved,
the bitter, the unlovely, the forgotten, the mad, the
depressed, the malnourished of God, the unrepentant, the
uncaring, the unsure, the back-slidden, the atheist, the
abominated, and the broken-hearted.

These Things I Have Spoken Unto You
Author Edith Wasden Schwartz is a life-long residence of
Macon. She attended Clisby School, A.J. Miller Junior and
Senior High School, Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and Emory
University. Edith graduated from Emory with a BA degree in
English in 1960.
In
1960, Edith married Maconite Bert Schwartz, settled down and
raised their four sons. For ten years, Edith and Bert owned
and operated Jories, a ladies and children’s dress shop on
Ingleside Avenue. Bert and Edith’s four sons and their
families, which include ten grandchildren ranging in age
from three to twenty, reside in the Atlanta area.
For thirty-seven years, Edith led Bible Studies in homes and
in various churches in Macon. She is President of The Fields
Are White Ministries, Inc. and has had multiple speaking
engagements throughout Georgia and South Carolina.
She has recently published her first book, These Things I
Have Spoken Unto You, actually began in the late ‘70s. For
more than 30 years, the book lay dormant, while she raised
her family, enjoyed her grandchildren, and even survived a
bout with cancer. When asked what incentivized her to finish
the book, Edith said, “Nan Jordan my secretary at The Fields
are White Ministries typed the original manuscript for me,
She died in June, and her children found the unfinished book
and returned it to me. I realized that if I was ever going
to finish it, I needed to do it now. The pieces all began to
fall into place. I revised the 30- year- old chapters and
wrote new ones. Some were from my ministry newsletters and
some were teachings that I had done over the years.
“One day I stopped by a friends’ house and mentioned to them
that I was writing a book. A Methodist pastor and an author
himself, he and his wife helped with the revisions and
guided me through the publication process. Their
encouragement was invaluable.
“A childhood friend, Kay Gustin Sapp, was also a big help in
the process. She invited me to spend some time with her at
her St. Simons beach house. She is an artist and was going
to paint while I worked on my book during our visit. On the
drive to St. Simons, a rainbow appeared and I suddenly
decided that should be on the cover of my book. The week at
St. Simons was very productive. I was able to write eight
chapters there. I asked Kate if she would paint the cover of
the book, but I was not sure what I wanted besides the
rainbow.
“Returning to my home on Lake Tobesofkee, I looked on our
beautiful view from our deck. I took a picture of my
backyard on the lake and sent it to Kay. She added the
rainbow and painted a beautiful scene that was used as the
cover for my book.
“The book begins with my search for fulfillment and records
my spiritual journey. There was a wave of the Holy Spirit
going on in the late’60s and early ‘70s called the
Charismatic Movement. I was swept into the Kingdom in this
wave. It was an exciting time.
“Later, I started teaching Bible Studies in homes. The
ladies’ husbands and children were affected by their zeal
and families began to be touched by God’s wonderful Holy
Spirit. The book includes stories of some of these friends,
as well as episodes in my life. It is a book of what God has
spoken unto me. It is a book of the faithfulness of our
Heavenly Father; It is a book of miracles.”
Edith’s desire is for each person to know Jesus Christ as
their personal Savior and lover of their soul. Her passion
is for the Kingdom of God to be exhibited through His
people.
